After working in various facets of residential construction for over twenty years, and as Vice President of a rather large construction company for ten years, Tom Dugan decided it was time to begin his own company. Tom began PineCrest Custom Homes based on the idea that building a home should be a rewarding and fulfilling process for all involved. His extensive construction background, and proven track record allow him to integrate his skills and experience with the needs of his clients. He believes that a home should be a comfortable environment built on personal vision. Environmental Focus…

PineCrest Custom Homes is one of the few custom homebuilders in northern Colorado registered with the Built Green program. The Built Green program allows builders to work with an extensive checklist of requirements to certify that a home is built under certain environmental specifications. Built Green homes must meet a specific energy rating and use environmentally friendly materials in all phases of construction. In 1999, Built Green awarded PineCrest Custom Homes the 1999 Branches Award for successfully promoting an environmentally friendly focus in home building.
